Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP)
You, the consumer are able to select, schedule and train your own personal assistant to provide home health care services. FCP partners with your insurance provider to pay a qualified person of your own choosing to care for you. This individual is under your direct supervision, allowing you to have full control over all aspects of your care, with no restrictions in the scope of duties. FCP acts as the fiscal intermediary between you and your personal assistant to provide wage and benefit processing services.
