About Us

First Chinese Presbyterian Community Affairs Home Attendant Corp. has been providing dependable home care services to individuals and families across New York City since 1979. Licensed by the New York State Department of Health as a Licensed Home Care Service Agency since June 28, 1989, we support seniors and individuals living with disabilities through compassionate and professional care at home. Our services include Personal Care Assistance, Home Health Aide support, nursing services, and CDPAP programs designed to meet varying daily care needs.

At FCP, our multilingual team communicates in Chinese dialects including Cantonese, Mandarin, Toishanese, Shanghainese, Hakka, and Fukienese, as well as Spanish, French, Haitian Creole, Hindi, Thai, and Tagalog. Over the years, we have expanded our services throughout Manhattan Community Districts 1-12 and all of the five boroughs of NYC (Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island and the Bronx).

  • Deter the institutionalization of children, adolescents, adults and seniors who may have functional limitations but otherwise are capable of living independently in their own homes, through the provision of accessible and quality home care and housekeeping services from skilled home care aides.
